Yes. Our facility has received the Moderna vaccine and everyone aged 18 years and above can be vaccinated.

We are partnering with the State Government and the Georgia Department of Health to administer the Covid-19 vaccine as provided by the CDC and the State of Georgia. We currently have the vaccine in stock, but this changes on a daily basis. Please feel free to check with our office and schedule your appointment to be vaccinated. Availability will depend on vaccine supply and eligibility.

The CDC created a public health priority schedule to ensure highest risk patients are inoculated first. Our state started with vaccinating people in high-risk groups in Phase 1A and 1B. Phase 1A includes healthcare workers and residents of long-term care facilities. Phase 1B includes Georgians over the age of 65 and persons 16+ with at least one chronic medical condition. Feel free to sign up for our contact list to be informed of vaccine availability and as new information becomes available from our clinic. Keep in mind, you may receive a text message or call from our staff inviting you to schedule an appointment for your dose at our clinic.

Yes, our physicians strongly urge most patients to receive the Covid-19 vaccine. Tell your vaccination provider about all your medical conditions, including if you have any allergies, have a fever, have a bleeding disorder or are on a blood thinner, are immunocompromised or are on a medicine that affects your immune system, are pregnant or plan to become pregnant, are breastfeeding, have received another COVID-19 vaccine.

Yes, the CDC recommends that you should be offered the vaccine even after infection. However, you should wait until the illness has resolved and you have met the criteria to discontinue isolation.
