To help manage our schedule better so as to minimize your waiting time when you come for your appointment, beginning January 1, 2018, our office will be implementing a “No-Show” policy. Please be mindful that if you fail to show up for your scheduled appointment, it will be marked as a “No-Show” and you will be charged a $25.00 “No-Show” fee. This fee is not covered by insurance and will be your responsibility.
If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please call our office NOT LESS THAN 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time.
If you call to cancel or reschedule an appointment less than 24 hours, a “No-Show” fee will be charged. Cancellation of same-day appointments will be considered a “No-Show”.
The implementation of this policy will allow us the opportunity of giving that appointment slot to another family that has a child that needs to be seen. We respect your time and hope that you will work together with us to help serve you better.
